Excellent service all round

I was quoted two prices by a local Toyota dealership to fix a gearbox issue; £1,200 for a "no guarantee fix" and over £6,000 for a new gearbox. St. John's garage kept my car for 2 days; one day to correctly identify the issue and one day to correctly fix the issue, all for less than £500. But one can't put a price on peace of mind. Nor can one put a price on being able to trust a garage. If you find that you can't trust a dealership (and their resident "experts" for "complex" issues) then at least give St. John's garage a try. I should mention Jodie who managed the appointments, quotations and keeping me up to date. Excellent service all round.
